The HOUND CLUB of EAST ANGLIA is a hound show society, that was founded in the mid 1980's and recognized by the Kennel Club in 1987. The aims of the club are to foster and promote the interest of all hound breeds in East Anglia, providing greater scope for exhibition by offering comprehensive classification.  Also running seminars, Companion & Lurcher Shows and hound related activities.

The Club holds two open hound shows a year, 2004 saw us being the first Hound Group Show society to be awarded Premier status, we are very proud that we have achieved this and we would thank all our members and exhibitors who's support has made this possible. It has always been the policy of the club to appoint breed specialists judges for each breed, and a number of overseas specialists have been invited to judge at our shows; it is our intention to continue this policy.
