The Hound Club of East Anglia held a successful Committee meeting and AGM on the 10th April 2021, and were delighted to re-appoint Sue Cole as our President. The Club has done its best to minimise the effects of Covid on our finances, keeping the club in a healthy position and sadly the decision to cancel our May 2021 show was confirmed.

Our Next HOUND GROUP OPEN SHOW

Was scheduled to be held at Sacrewell Farm & Country Centre, Thornhaugh, Nr Peterborough, Cambridgeshire PE8 6HJ in May 2021.

At our last Committee meeting held on the 10th April 2021, the committee decided and sadly confirmed that the show

HAS HAD TO BE CANCELLED due to continuing Government restrictions.

It was apparent that the Governments Plan for the relaxation of Lockdown was not in our favour and as most Championship shows were moving backwards it was not possibe to postpone either. We have been able to secure most of our Judges for our next Summer Show in May 2022.

We are now in the planning process for our 28th November show to be held at St. Ives Leisure Centre (in door), Westwood Road, St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, PE27 6WU

We look forward to meeting our Friends and Supporters so we can resume our canine activities at last at our next HOUND GROUP OPEN Show.

The committee continues to meet, plan and discuss our options in line with Government guidelines.
